Will you send a different person every time I book a cleaning?

We understand it’s important to build a rapport with the person cleaning your home because it’s your personal space. For occasional one-time cleans, we will always try to send the same person but it depends on availability on that particular day.

If you did prefer one of our staff, we strongly recommend recurring cleaning. Those clients get priority during scheduling, discounts, free add-ons and other incentives. If it is a different person than usual because of sickness or similar reasons, we will call or email to inform you who’s arriving. That way you’re never caught off-guard.
