In consideration of the covenants, agreements and conditions contained herein, the parties agree as follows: Magic Maids agrees to clean a balcony at the address above, including railings, inside glass, accessible interior windows, floor and other surfaces in good faith. All equipment and supplies such as cleaning products, paper towels, cloths, sponges, etc will be provided by Magic Maids. A client may cancel or re-schedule an individual visit by giving one day’s notice by email or telephone. Failure to provide such notice or staff not being able to access a client’s premises for cleaning may result in a charge of 50% of the agreed upon fee. Magic Maids reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of inclement weather like rain, thunderstorms or high winds without penalty. Staff can refuse anything that is requested for safety reasons, at their own discretion. Prices are based on average conditions and may increase if the workspace is deemed unusually messy or crowded. Due to the subjective nature of cleaning, no refunds will be given, and any concerns must be brought to the company’s attention within 24 hours after service. Subject to the foregoing, the liability of Magic Maids will be limited to performance or reperformance of the Services. In no event shall Magic Maids or Client be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages.
